eVertiSKY Corp has announced the acquisition of Volatus Infrastructure & Energy Solutions, a provider of dual-use charging solutions.
Volatus Infrastructure & Energy Solutions, now integrated into eVertiSKY as “Volatus powered by eSkyBridge,” develops technology that serves UAM aircraft and ground vehicles. This dual-use charging technology strengthens the eSkyBridge platform, providing vertiport developers, aircraft operators, and fleet managers with an infrastructure solution that meets future energy demands.
The acquisition was completed under undisclosed terms. The combined valuation of the two companies is USD262 million, enhancing eVertiSKY’s eSkyBridge UAM platform by expanding its ability to support electric and hybrid-electric vehicles, both in the air and on the ground.
