AAM Institute and Flyv Bird partner to optimise regional AAM services

The Advanced Air Mobility Institute has announced a strategic partnership with Flyv Bird, a  provider of on-demand regional air travel services founded by Tomislav Lang and Anton Lutz.

“This collaboration aims to redefine regional air mobility by offering innovative, sustainable, and personalized flight experiences to underserved communities,” said the institute in a press release.  “Flyv Bird addresses the growing need for alternative transportation solutions, particularly in decentralized rural areas where convenient and fast travel connections are limited.

“By focusing on providing faster connections, simplified travel journeys, and arrivals closer to the destination, Flyv Bird promises to revolutionize regional air travel within a 25 km radius from exclusive departure points accessible only to Flyv’s customers, utilizing existing infrastructure.

Flyv Bird has developed an advanced mathematical modeling soQware algorithm, flyvAI, which pools decentral traffic streams and optimizes on-demand commercial offers. “This technology allows Flyv Bird to offer the fastest decentral connections at competitive prices compared to trains and cars, capturing a significant portion of the market and providing a compelling investment opportunity in the aviation industry.”

“First, middle, and last mile passenger transport is very rarely 100% carried out by aviation means alone. Advanced Air Mobility seeks to complement and seamlessly integrate with multi-modal solutions. Flyv Bird is leading the effort to reduce friction and pain points during inevitable mode changes and we are eager to support such pragmatic and data driven approaches,” said Dan Sloat, Institute Founder and President.

The partnership between AAM Institute and Flyv Bird aims to drive sustainable travel, efficient operations, and advanced technology in the regional air travel sector.
