ResilienX wins NASA contract to research highly-autonomous aviation safety

The Phase III SBIR contract follows the completion of previous awards, where ResilienX demonstrated progress in developing in-time aviation safety management systems (IASMS) technologies to enhance the safety and reliability of uncrewed aerial systems and advanced air mobility operations. The company expects the collaboration with NASA’s SWS project to lead to a more mature capability by integrating NASA-developed information services that address safety risks associated with relevant hazards. The project will use ResilienX’s IASMS platform, FRAIHMWORK, a configurable rules engine that works on the data layer and does not require installation of hardware or software on the systems it is monitoring.
