Lilium has announced a USD114 million financing round, including the pricing of a USD40 million underwritten public offering as well as a concurrent USD50 million private placement.
“Financing sees meaningful participation from existing shareholders and company insiders, propelling Lilium towards first manned flight of the Lilium Jet targeted for late 2024” according to the press release.
“The Company intends to use the net proceeds to continue to fund the development and operations of the Company and for general corporate purposes.”
