INTEGRAL E, the electric version of AURA AERO’s two-seater aircraft designed for training, aerobatics and leisure, performed its first flight today December 3 at Toulouse-Francazal airport. The aircraft will have a range of around one hour and at supercharging capacity, under 30 minutes. The cost per flight hour will be halved, compared to that of a thermal aircraft in its category, says the company in a press release.
INTEGRAL E will also be available in a glider tow-plane version. The first deliveries of INTEGRAL R are scheduled to start at the beginning of 2025, and the entry in service of the electric version is scheduled in 2026, after two years of flight tests.
