Lyte Aviation, LYNEports and Bluenest to develop vertiports throughout the Middle East

Multiple social media reports say that UK-based hybrid hydrogen-electric VTOL aircraft developer Lyte Aviation and infrastructure developers LYNEPorts and Bluenest partnered to build vertiports throughout Middle East, stating in Oman and the UAE.

According to Hosam Sobh, Business Development Lead at LYNEports: “Excited to announce our partnership between LYNEports, Bluenest by Globalvia and Lyte Aviation for the Middle East. This collaboration marks a significant step toward advancing Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) infrastructure in the region. Together, we’re working to develop the infrastructure needed to support future air mobility across the MENA region. This collaboration is a step toward transforming regional travel by offering faster, more sustainable transportation solutions.”

Lyte Aviation is developing a passenger-carrying SkyBus LA-44 model for between19 and 40 people, and the SkyTruck freighter with a payload of around 9,900 pounds.
