Australia’s Electro.Aero has announce the appointment of Dan Sloat as incoming company President.
“In this new role, Dan will lead the next phase of growth for the company’s global business: strengthening team culture, establishing the US head office, ensuring continued legal compliance, and expanding business development opportunities,” said the company in a press release.
Dan Sloat is Founder of the Advanced Air Mobility Institute and his experience includes advisor to the World Economic Forum AVIATE Committee, former CEO of an American vertiport company, and prior US Air Force Captain where he earned a Humanitarian Service Medal. He was named a top 100 electric aviation industry leader by eVTOL Insights Powerbook, along with Joshua, and awarded Community Engagement Team of the Year 2024.
Electro.Aero Pty Ltd is an electric aviation charging infrastructure firm established in 2014. It is a specialized independent supplier of aircraft charging solutions. With compact portable RAPID AC-DC Chargers in production ranging from 40kW to 240kW the company plans to develop 640kW portable DC dispensers with active thermal management.
